Return & Refund Policy

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to start a return.

How to return
Email robyn@drafthorsetack.com with your order number and what you’d like to return. I’ll reply with the return address and instructions. Please don’t send items back without contacting me first.

Condition
Items should be new and unused, with tags and packaging kept until you’re sure of the fit.

Return shipping
You pay return shipping unless we sent the wrong item or it arrived defective. In those cases, we’ll cover it.

Refunds
Once your return arrives and is checked, your refund goes back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Original shipping charges aren’t refunded unless the error was ours.

Bits (Agador’s)
Bits can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they’re new or lightly used, including bits your horse has tried. A different size can be exchanged, and the replacement ships free. If you change your mind, you can choose a refund, store credit, or an exchange.

Personalized items
Engraved or personalized items, like our nameplate halters, can’t be returned unless they arrive wrong or defective.

Items shipped directly from the maker
Returns for these items go back to the manufacturer, not to us. Email me first, and I’ll send you that maker’s return instructions. There’s no restocking fee.

Wrong or damaged items
Contact me within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and I’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
