Refund policy

Shopping for drafts is hard. We get it, sometimes things have to be returned. In order to make it as smooth as possible, the following rules are in place: 

• Returns accepted for 30 days 
• Returned products must be in new, resellable condition - you don’t want to receive a bareback pad that’s clearly been on another horse, right?
• Customer provides return shipping 
• Some items will have a restocking fee as charged by the vendor. If the vendor charges a restocking fee, there will be a note on the item page. 
• Final sale items cannot be returned. 
  
• Please do not throw away packaging, tags, etc, until you have confirmed that your product fits.
