Not a special order — the whole point.
Ever sat on the tack store floor Googling measurements, hoping it'll fit with some "creative modifications"? Me, too.

The problem, plainly
Draft owners know the drill: measure twice, order once, hope it clears the last hole.
Draft horses haven't always been riding horses, but that is changing. Brick-and-mortar stores don't always have the local clientele to dedicate shelf space to a small population — not on margins that are already thin. For owners, that means settling for "close enough," special-ordering, or waiting weeks for something that should've been on the shelf. And once a store's out of stock, they're often out for the season because the manufacturer's out too. Stores are slowly catching up, but Essentially, Drafts got here first — draft and DraftX tack is all we do.
Freda Benning, my 19h Percheron and the reason Essentially, Drafts exists.

Any time someone chooses to donate to any organization, please make sure to fully investigate through reputable means such as Guidestar or Charity Navigator. I've put in the results below to make it easier for you.
Thank you, Voodoo and Jinx, where it all started. Thank you, Sophie and Helene for picking up the load.
